Greg recruits high impact talent to companies in the Medical Device, software, and technology services sectors, as well as information technology professionals in a variety of industries.  Throughout his career, Greg’s focus has been on the recruitment of professionals who bring a lasting impact for his clients.   Greg has been quoted as an authority on recruitment issues within the technology sector in leading local and national media.  He is a frequent guest lecturer for business, leadership, and academic groups throughout the area.

Prior to joining Catalyst Search Group, Greg served with Heidrick & Struggles International, based in the firm’s Chicago office.  He was an active member of the firm’s International Technology, CIO and Medical Technology Practices.  He served as the Leader of the firm's eBusiness Emerging Leaders Practice.  In 2000, Greg was honored with the "Top Gun" award for excellence in retained search.   Prior to his tenure with Heidrick & Struggles, Greg managed the Midwest staffing for a Fortune 100 healthcare information technology company, HBOC (latter merged with McKesson).  His experience includes developing and implementing recruiting strategy locally and managing Internet recruiting strategy globally for this company. 

Prior to his entry into search, Greg served as Executive Director of a non-profit corporation in Denver.  He subsequently relocated to Chicago in 1996 where he entered the search business with another leading firm.  Greg received a B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is active in several Midwest based leadership and civic organizations.
