Throughout his career, Greg’s focus has been on the recruitment of professionals who bring a lasting impact for his clients. Greg has been quoted as an authority on recruitment issues within the technology sector in leading local and national media. He is a frequent guest lecturer for business, leadership, and academic groups throughout the area.

Prior to joining Catalyst Search Group, Greg served with Heidrick & Struggles International, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He was an active member of the firm’s International Technology, CIO and Medical Technology Practices. He served as the Leader of the firm's eBusiness Emerging Leaders Practice. In 2000, Greg was honored with the "Top Gun" award for excellence in retained search. Prior to his tenure with Heidrick & Struggles, Greg managed the Midwest staffing for a Fortune 100 healthcare information technology company, HBOC (latter merged with McKesson). His experience includes developing and implementing recruiting strategy locally and managing Internet recruiting strategy globally for this company.

Prior to his entry into search, Greg served as Executive Director of a non-profit corporation in Denver. He subsequently relocated to Chicago in 1996 where he entered the search business with another leading firm. Greg received a B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is active in several Midwest based leadership and civic organizations.

Stacey joins Catalyst Search Group as an accomplished and highly regarded professional with over 10 years of direct hire experience. Stacey specializes in the recruitment of information technology executives and senior professionals for high volume corporate and consulting environments across industries.

Stacey has established a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike, assisting them with a wide range of career and strategic business initiatives. With a formal background in psychology, Stacey is especially adept at competency and behavioral interview techniques. Prior to joining Catalyst, Stacey founded SCA, Inc., an information technology and executive recruiting firm, delivering talented professionals to clients in the IT services, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries.

Prior to SCA, Stacey served at IBM as a Senior Technical Recruiter where she recruited top-notch senior technical talent for IBM’s e-Business National Practice (now IBM Global Business Services), supporting multiple IBM business units nationwide. In 2001, Stacey was asked to lead IBM’s National redeployment project--a program focused on securing new positions for employees within the IBM organization.

Stacey began her career with Cleveland Dovington Partners, an information technology management consulting company, where she vaulted through the ranks from IT Recruiter to Director of Recruiting; ultimately ascending to the role of the firm’s Business Development and Account Management top position. Stacey earned her BA in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University and is a published author in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a firm believer in networking and is an active member of many Chicago area civic and business organizations.
